All prices are per person per night, inclusive of full Scottish or ContinentalBreakfast.
Prices:
Double occupancy: £25.00 - £30.00
Single occupancy: £25.00 - £30.00 November - March
Single occupancy: £27.00 - £35 April - October.Children’s Rates when sharing parents room
Children under 3 years of age FREE
Children less than 14 years of age £14.Confirmation in writing required to confirm reservation along with £20.00 deposit per room.
Cancellation
A refund will be made available if the booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival; otherwise the refund of the deposit will only be made if the room can be re-let .Any "NON ARRIVALS" will be charged the full price.
