“Terms”

Our charges are £25.00, per person per night inclusive of a full Scottish breakfast.
(Single occupancy may be subject to a supplementary charge of £5.00 April – November)

Childrens Rates :

Children under 3 years of age FREE
Children under 14 years of age £12.00

Reduced rates may be available for stays of more than 3 nights

Arrival time is between 5pm and 7pm or by prior arrangement

Confirmation:
A £20.00 deposit per room is requested to be confirmed in writing

Cancellation
A refund will be made available if the booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival; otherwise the refund of the deposit will only be made if the room can be re-let.
Any “NON ARRIVALS” will be charged the full price.

By cash or cheque.
